Replicating Clothes Patterns

I'm looking for some recommedations for the attached snippet. Is there an straight forward way to replicate patterns. The two kids are wearing sailor outfits that are striped. Can these be replicated, if so, how? Or should I just clean it up and forget about it? Thanks for the advice.

hi wvcs and welcome to RP.

not an easy task there. only thing i could think to do would be to clone or draw the pattern back in. not easy in either case.
