Suggestions please

I have had a go at this and would really appreciate suggestions for techniques to whiten the teeth? Any other suggestions or critique would be welcome.

Re: Suggestions please

It's tough too see the detail in your low resolution attachment, but I would say a little bit of dodging would take care of the problem.

Re: Suggestions please

As Murray stated the resolution is low and hard to see but you could use a new layer set to soft light and a small soft brush and paint with white adjust the opacity to your taste.

Thanks.
I started off with the clone and healing brush tools to remove any marks/creases on her face, teeth, etc; added color by painting on a new layers in color mode; denoised; blurred a B&W duplicate and changed the blend mode of that layer to soft light to soften; etc. In each case, I applied the effect and then used a hide-all mask and a soft white brush to selectively make the changes.
Here's the B&W and then I got carried away from there.

Cheers.

That is really outstanding Cupcake!. I would really like to accept your kind offer of the large file if I may. I would also like to know which tools you used to achieve it?.
