Old and difficult Photo Hi, this is my first post! When a friend of mine gave me this photo I didn't thought it could be so complicated. Well, after a copule of hours I get this result. Is not finished. What do you think? You can get original and restored, if you want at original http://www.iphotojet.com/img023.tif restored http://www.iphotojet.com/img023_b.jpg Thank you, Ricky Master

Re: Old and difficult Photo boy, how unlucky can you get. four vertical creases and each one runs right through one of the faces! sheesh! you did ok, especially if this is a first time effort. the faces can be better, though, especially the lilttle girl on the left. dont rush it. zoom in, work on blank layers when rebuilding and use low opacity tools to build up slowly. dont be afraid to undo and erase or erase at low opacity, leaving some of your work. these are tricky and is where the true artisty of restoring comes in. best advice i can give is, practice, practice, practice!

Re: Old and difficult Photo Thank you very much Kraellin's. The girl on the left was a very difficult job. First cleaning her face from scratches, and after rebuilding eyes, nose and mouth. I took eyes nose and mouth from the other girl resizing and merging onto her face. I know is not perfect but printing it at its original size (4x6) is acceptable. Ricky
