I've seen your result. It's quite blurred so I think I know what you have done but it's not the way.
I don't know how to explain more than I have done already. This website is meant for helping each other and not to show you can just do it.

You need to explain.
Are you asking to explain how I did it step by step ?? or what techniques was used?? restoring any photo needs different tools ..which you can find through online lessons..I used soft effect because the photo it self has many dots...I'm ready to assist you any time with pleasure ..I'm not showing my skills..I'm trying to help you bro
