Loord74, showing your skills, as you put it, is really the point of this site. Assistance yes, but also education, and sharing. There really aren't any "secrets" with photoshop, Everyone has the same tools, unless you purchase, or write code for special plugins, so it's just a matter of how they are used. Sharing these techniques is what this forum is about.

Your results, at least on the faces, is remarkable considering what the originals looked like. The background is quite fuzzy, and blotchy though, and needs some evening of the tone.

First I would ask permission to crop the images to eliminate superfluous areas and reduce the amount of repairing needed . Get a good white balance . (if all the photos are about the same then a recorded action for all your repair steps would speed the process)
