Excellent, only thing I see at a quick look is the boy on the top right corner has a darker tonal range than the other kids.

Roger, yes, you are right, the boy was darker - now fixed Its funny, but I knew there was something wrong, but I couldn't put my finger on it.
Its funny when I work on a file for a while, I find it increasingly hard to identify problems - "Can't see the wood for the trees". I try to limit my work on one file to about 1 hour, and then do something else. I find when I get back to it its much easier than slugging away hour after hour.
