Question Adding Lightning to night scene

Hi Everyone ..

I have a "night photo" of a city scene which I would like to "jazz up" with a bit of forked lightning ..

I have several photos of lightning strikes and want to merge one of them with the night scene ..

What is the best method ?

I have PS7 ... to work with ...

Thanks in advance ...

Gary W.
