Another thing. This will not work for faces and such but if you have open wide spaces like sky or similar with mold, specks, dirt spots from a dirty camera mirror you can do this.

Lasso the area > Layer via copy > Screen Mode > Using your arrows click it 10 times to the left or right and then 10 clicks up or down. They should disseapear.
