VERY Faded Photo!!

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody had thoughts on saving this VERY VERY faded photo.

Check out the individual channels. The blue channel is the best, with green being second. I don't have time to do anything with it, but I think that's where you start.

I love a good faded photo! They normally actually have a lot of picture information still in them, and you can look like a serious magician restoring them

Anyways, the blue channel had a good shot in it, did about 30 seconds of playing with it and was able to get to this.

With a stronger scan than you can post, you can do a lot with this pic.

quick and dirty fix

I ran a levels adjustment on the blue channel and the selectivly burned in some detail. I would do alot more if it wasn't 2AM!

At least now you can see that this image is not totally hopeless. Cheers!
