| | | Funnily enough, the overall picture seems fairly neutral based on my readings of the grey deck.
Here's a few quick things I did:
Selected eyes, put them on their own layer and brightened with Highlite/Shadows. Use whatever if you don't have CS.
Selected the front girls face and on its own layer changed to CMYK and adjusted curves until I got a reading of 12/51/49/3 on her right cheek. Sampled the cheek and painted over the rest of the face in color mode at about 30% opacity. Kept going over the trouble areas. Did a bit of blurring of the skin with the blur tool.
Pretty much did the same with the other girls.
Then did a Highpass: Luminosity Edge Sharpening
Hopefully, there will be better ideas coming.
Cheers
Dave

| | | Hi Legacy, Have to agree with Dave, the colours are'nt far wrong. The main problem with the picture is lack of focus, and I'm afraid there's not too much you can do there. What I've done with your picture is as follows.
Copied to new layer and set layer to Multiply. Applied cover all layer mask, and painted in colour to pale girl in foreground. Adjusted opacity of layer down to about 20%.
Flattened Image.
Applied Neat Image to minimise noise, then Copied to new layer.
Sharpened new layer using USM, then applied cover all Layer mask.
Painted in sharpness using soft white brush.
Finallly cloned in some of missing image in foreground. |

| | Hi everybody, Legacy~,
If you see double now, it's only because I've merged the two Threads!!!
I agree with both, Dave and Gary ... I just corrected the colours very lightly and partly the shadows using Selective Colors.
I used Curves/Levels to further correct tone and lightly decrease contrast.
I used Neat Image (can be dowloaded free here) to fade the noise.
I created an empty Layer (blending>Color) and, with a soft brush (Opacity 30-50%) sampling from the deeper water colour, I painted over the faded water at the front.
I used USM to lightly sharpen the picture. |

| | Hi madhadd,
Welcome to RP!
I work with Photoshop and by Selective Colors I mean:
on the topbar click on " Image>Adjustments>Selective Colors"
In the dialog box that will open, you'll be able to tweak each colour separately and indipendently of all the others... |
