- move the "remove distortion" slider to about +30 (towards pincushion);
- because the picture was taken above her head, move the vertical perspective slider to about +10
- move the scale slider to about 125%
I think these effects can be approximated in previous versions of Photoshop with filter>distort>spherize (about -25%) and edit>transform>perspective.

Paint Shop Pro also has a remove barrel distortion tool. dont think it's quite as extensive as in Photoshop, but it is there.

Originally Posted by teri46 Maureeno, can you please post how you did the eyes? | Sure, Teri! For the eye shadow, I chose a colour I thought would look good and applied it to the eye lids with a soft brush. I reduced the brush size and applied the under lid liner in the same colour.
For the eye colour, I used the Dodge tool a couple of clicks on each eye to lighten them. I sized the Dodge brush a wee bit smaller than the iris so the edges of the iris still showed.
