color change

The house on the attached looks blue, and prints blue, however it is supposed to be grey. Any quick and dirty tricks to make it grey? It is supposed to go to the printer tomorrow?

I could be wrong but it looks to me that the picture is somewhat overexposed.
The other thing is that the day is overcast. It may be natural to have a slight blue cast. I tried to correct in LAB by slightly reducing the blue but leaving it slightly biased that way to reflect the overcast conditions.

In Photoshop I copied the background layer and used a multiply blending mode. I then merged the visible layers to another layer which combined the background layer and the multiply layer. The color was better in this merged layer, but the house was still blue. So I copied the merged layer and applied a layer mask on this layer and desaturated it. Then I painted the black mask with white to reveal the house which now has no color but is grey.

There are other ways I am sure.

1. Duplicate Background Layer.
2. Set blending mode to Multiply
3. Merge Visible Layers to new Layer
4. New Layer set to colour mode
5. White paint to paint neutralise all the blue areas to grey (with 100% paintbrush)
6. Clean up little bit of overpaint with eraser.

In photoshop it's as simple as:
1/ select replace colour tool
2/ use + dropper to select the house colours.
3/ move saturation slider to 0 (no colour)
