| How to get this light/lens effect Anyone know how to get this light/lens effect? I dont know if try to use circles with diferent opacity or there are anyone plugin to make it. Thanks Regards            |

| I would start here... Create a new layer, add circular selections filled with various colors and set the blend mode to SCREEN. Add more layers of "globes of color" set to SCREEN and lower the transparency for a lighter look.. Create your circular selection and fill with a radial gradient of a color... Lots of variations on this theme. |
