I like it (rotten87) especially for your first try at it. Although it's too blue for me --overall -- if you wanted it blue and white change to black and white then add some blue tones to it. But the way you have it just seems too off --sorry

I wanted to add some makeup on the eyes, like TheVeed did here , but couldn't find any good tutorials about it. What techniques do you usually use for that?

I just do quick mask of the areas I want to change, and then apply curves/hue/saturation/levels, etc.

Or, sometimes I paint directly on. Say, eye shadow, I will paint with a color (say, blue or magenta) set to Multiply or another setting, at a very low opacity.

Try it out and see what works for you.
