Only one thing, flesh tone is bit dark and you are loosing details in dark areas (hear, dress), so if you make it brighter and keep sharpness and tonality would be great job

Can someone guide me with best methods to smoothen the skin ?
As of now I am aware of this process:
- duplicate layer
- apply gaussian blur
- blend mode to soft light
- flatten image
