As a starter

I just used levels to start; like swampy. White on the bright part of her dress, the black eyedropper on his tie, the gray dropper on a darker part of the dress.

Nice job everyone. Swampy where is the auto color function? I am learning each picture has a life of it's own darn...wish there were a universal fix for each photo would make things easier to learn!!

santajuana, I have never ever used channels before , this looks a little complicated to me but results are really nice.

Thanks Phil looks good as well. You are all so talented!! Please know I appreciate all of your help.

Ah, Yes. Remember Those Chino Pants?

Hi nebgranny,
Used the Enhance Per Channel method with this and Shadow/Highlights to bring out the detail in the shadows. Also did a Reduce Noise as well as a selective sharpen to bring back some detail. Then added a subtle gradient to bring back some of the blown-out sky.

... another quick and easy way to minimize the yellow cast:
  • Go to Image > Adjustments > Variations (Attachment 1)

  • In the 'Variations' window (Attachment 2) click on the thumbnails right above:
    • More Blue
    • More Cyan
    • More Cyan (again)
    • Darker
    • Darker (again)

  • Click OK to exit the 'Variations' window.
(Attachment 3) = The B&A after this procedure.

Pretty much what everyone else has done. I started with a curves adjustment layer using a white and black point(as defined in a threshold layer). Ran a very light Neat Image, painted skin with softlight skin tone, added a neutral gray layer and lightened and darkened area by painting with white and black. Bride's nose needs some work - but really need a higher res image to achieve better results.
