help to find a tutorial on making part of the picture jump out of the frame

I sometimes saw photos that part of the picture, for instance, a hand throwing a baseball, was outside the frame. I wonder if anybody can point me to a tutorial on how to perform the task. thanks in advance.

Hello,

You're looking for what is called an "Out Of Bounds" tutorial, sometimes called an OOB.

This one is pretty good...
