| Just a Hello Hi I've been reading on this site for a few weeks now and have learned alot...tahnks to you all. So I decided to join. This is the first time I've joined a forum site and so this is my first ever try at a post! I put it in this forum, (hope its OK) because I am a photographer and I mostly do my own retouching. So my next step is to learn how to post up pics etc. I have a website...www.simoneassociates.com if anyone would like to see my stuff. Again, thanks! Bill            |

Many Many takes, and then the strawberry was added in PS Also may be of interest to members of this forum that the work on my site is quite a healthy mix of film capture (from 2 1/4 to 8x10) and digital capture. My studio is totally digital now. I mention this because of all the posts I've read regarding film vs digital. Bill |

| Re: Just a Hello Welcome to RetouchPro, Bill!  I agree with Syd that your portfolio is awesome -- your product shots and your fine art work share a great eye and excellent technique. All that and "free pizza" -- your customers should be very happy with your services!  I think you'll be happy with your choice of RetouchPro as your first foray into forum posting -- we are a civil bunch, and the forum owner (Doug, "the janitor") doesn't allow nasty or rude posts. If you have any questions about how to do something in the forum, it would be nice if you try to find the answer on the website first BUT it's okay to ask questions that have been asked before -- it isn't always easy to find the directions on how to do things around here until you've been here a while -- the moderators are friendly and helpful, as are most of the members.
