This was one click on a plugin called "Portraiture"..
I lowered the eyebrow (liquify tool) and clicked "smoothing: medium" on the plugin.. Didn't clone or heal a thing...
It gives you a great place to jump off from...

Where can I get that Portraiture plug-in, Lasa?

ruud92, I did it old-school: some work with the spot healing brush, some with the PWL technique. I also desaturated the reds a bit, then added a warmimng (yellow) photo filter. But it took hours, and look what a plug-in can do in a minute...damn.

Looked like a fun image to play with so I decided to give it a shot. I made her face more symmetrical, but not with perfectly mirrored features. I think it looks more natural that way. I sampled from both sides and blended them together to get the final result.

Better late than never. Used PSP XI..ran it through barrall distortion filter, levels,curves, hue & sat, applied a custom filter, and high pass sharpening.

Oh Thanks SeculaSeculorum!

The eyebrow is copy of her natural brow (the one that's on the left if you're looking the monitor), the same with the eye, just change them a little with liquify taking care of looking natural.

The eyelashes are a trick, I have my own way to make eyelashes but this time I'd found an eyelashes brush set and I was trying them, I like the results but they need to be adjusted with liquify and eraser tool to match the eye.
