I was not charging at the beauty at this picture only to get another feeling and mood....

Nice work.

2 - Only half-way there, and looks like it;
3 - With a black background, and keeping at least a remnant of the sheepskin this close-up could be a winner;
4 - I can see where you're going but the sky gets all the attention and the "feeling" is lost;
5 - Best of the bunch, could use a tad more contrast, the lightest parts could be a lot lighter for more effect.

obs: This type of image usally benefits from heavy over-sharpening, otherwise could end up a bit too close to realism.
