fixing frizzy hair on wedding pic

Hi all,
I am wondering what can be done about messed up hair. The hair had been done and curled, but it started to rain and got frizzy, frayed, especially the section hanging in front of the ear. It was originally curled and smooth but frayed out too thick and heavy, and frizzy, and no time to re-do. Can it be thinned out and curled somewhat, without looking too fake? Anyone know of any pros online that can do this kind of work well? There are also other pics that would need fixing.
Here's a sample:

Has it already been worked on? If so can you post the original before the sephia..
Do you have any side pictures with her hair as it started?

Re: fixing frizzy hair on wedding pic

Hi Lasa,
Thanks for your response. Someone tried to work on the hair, and lightened it a bit, but there's not alot of improvement. This is the original below.
I don't have any pics of the side, before my hair got messed up, since most of them were in church and the veil was covering my hair. I walked out when it was raining and the pic below was taken after the church, a couple hours later.
Is there anything that can be done?
Thanks.

Re: fixing frizzy hair on wedding pic

Its definetly can be done..
Just need the right hair to fill in.
Then adjust the tone/color to match.
Its not perfect but I think you can get the idea.
I don't know what your curls looked like..just a guess.

Thanks Lasa. My curls were something like that, but not as thick, since they were more twirled togethere like spirals. But that looks nice, with the right color of course. Do you do prof. retouching?
