new skin texture

hi all..

first of all have a great season ...

After retouching and smoothing the skin in a portrait i want to bring back the skin pores ... but not the original ones .... want to set a new texture of smooth skin pores...

someone knows how to create realistic skin pores or skin texture ? or are there some displacement maps outside on the www... i couldnt finde some... the only thing i found was some commercial poser skin textures.. but no free ones ...

Find a picture that has the new skin pores you want to add. Apply the high pass filter to it so that the pores stand out on the gray background. Superimpose this new gray pore layer above the original layer (adjust to size and scale) and put its layer blend mode to soft light. Now you will see the new pore texture over the original picture. Sharpen more on the pore layer to add detail. For best results make a black layer mask on the pore layer - and paint in the pores selectively using a low opacity white brush. Adjust opacity on the pore layer to suit final blending taste.

find a leather purse, chair, etc. and take a picture. Paste to picture and try different layer modes/opacities or load in texturizer. Add a mask and tweak.
