| | | Re: hello, Im new I think on the first after, you were a little heavy handed, she's lost too much definition in her face, and it's too white and glowy.
I like the landscape one quite a bit, I like the saturation in the sky.
Emmaredone is cute, but I feel like it distracts me a little that the background image isnt behind her elbow, like that part of the image wasn't cut out when you pasted the top image on it. |

| | | Re: hello, Im new In the landscape image I think the sky turned out really well but the area below suffers from it too much. There are ways to do them separately though so you can get the best of both worlds. I'd have to take some time with it myself to find out the best way to do it. I agree that the top one is blown out in the face. In those images you should be concentrating on the face and using that as your object of focus while having the other images take second fiddle and It seems as though you went the opposite direction. |

| | | Re: hello, Im new I'm not an expert or anything, but I think that you did a great job on both pictures. The textures in the landscape photo are brilliant, I loved the way you enhanced it, it adds a bunch of drama. |

| | | Re: hello, Im new I think your landscape is the strongest shot, well done. However I think you have two focal points here, one with the small pool in the foreground and the sunset. Have a look at my version. Cropping the foreground and darkening the corners concentrates the eye on the sunset. |
