Rating... good to fair. Her eyes look fake.. too white. Unless you were going for a specific effect, I think there is too much yellow in the skin tone. You've lost a lot of contour and dimension in her face (for example, in trying to reduce the circles under her eyes, you've completely obliterated the natural contour that is supposed to be there.)

As with most beginning retouchers, there is a tendency to over do. Best to start with low opacity brushes and build up a more natural look.

I think it looks great! However, it does look a little too yellowish.

Were you trying for the yellow lips? By the yellow/golden look do you mean the bronze look?

I used your finished product -desaturated yellow slightly, then a curves adjustment .

Repainted lips on blank layer to remove yellow for a more natural color.

Copied eyes from original and pasted into my rendition a little brightness & contrast adjustment.
