is this ok? hoelck inspired picture :)

well this is my second try on the hoelck feel! dark romms shadows everywhere and some weird chemistry between the models...I have put together 2 pictures here...and then work on shadows and highlights...and then pushed up shadows/highlights to gain abit lucis art feel...feel that the result is good, but maybe you see something that is not so good...

please give some feedback

Gerry

I actually really like this. I think you've managed to get the feeling of the hoelck effects very well.

I think the only problem is the shadows of the people don't match the shadows and light direction of everything else in the shot. In fact the shadow of the man doesn't really work at all considering it's also against a chair and looks really flat.

Yes, I know the shadows is abit of...due to the light that comes in trough the window that we don't see the shadows are abit difficult to manipulate...I tried many times to make a good shadow that follows the light, but without any good result. the best result was to make it go the other way...I have cut the shadows and rotated them so they follow the angle of the couch...but I didn't quite get them there...but to my defence I have added angles to the shadows...but maybe not to much!
