| Re: is there any fast way for retouch Quote:
If you want to do the exact same thing to every picture you can use Photoshop to run an action on an entire folder of images using Photoshop's automate feature. |

| Re: is there any fast way for retouch check out action central http://www.atncentral.com/download.htm I like the glamor blur. action, there are several to try. I rewrote Glamour Blur and cut back on the G. Blur to automate it for batch, with less of the effect for a "fix em up a little bit" basically set the amounts of the three steps to your preference, and remove the stops. Mike |

| Re: is there any fast way for retouch Depends on what you want to do, we'd need a whole lot more detail about your situation before we could give definite advice. As G Deezy has said, if you're just wanting to apply the same basic correction to a number of pictures, then it's worth "writing" an action. However there are few situations where this is the case, and usually pictures need individual attention to get the results you wish. In which case it's a matter of getting your sleeves rolled up and working through things one at a time. |

| Re: is there any fast way for retouch Like everyone else mentioned, if you have a series of similar images (shot under same lighting condition, etc.) you can create an action and run it on the photos to color correct and things like that. But, I find that there are no shortcuts to retouching. If you want something to look good, you have to put in the work. |

| Re: is there any fast way for retouch Touch and retouch. Painstaking, tedious, and often boring. The only shortcuts are keyboard shortcuts. |

| Re: is there any fast way for retouch Ieras... Welcome to RTP Camera Raw will let you edit and apply corrections over any number of similar photos. Like others have said, each photo is unique, but CR can get a large portion of the job done. CS3 Now lets you open JPEG and TIFF files in CR so perhaps that is a possiblility. |

| Re: is there any fast way for retouch Dear Leras... There are lots of filters and adjustments that you can apply in Photoshop and combinations thereof, but the idea that you can do anything globally to images that will make them look better flies in the face of the idea that most images have a number of different issues that require different treatments. I think that what you're looking for the the Awesome Photo Filter or the Impressive Photo adjustment layer (which somehow haven't even made their way into beta testing). If you're making the same kinds of adjustments over and over you can record actions in Photoshop, but there's no getting around there being a certain amount of work involved in cleaning up images. Good luck to you. Take care. Alan. |
