how to set levels to 250/5

Dear All, kindly help me in this regard , my client wants to get levels to 250/5 on all of his pictures, i am unaware of this term, kindly explain and show me the way

If i have it straight your customer wants you to set these values on all pictures. What you can do (levels.jpg). You can write an action for it. These values sets the white darker than D min and the black lighter than D max, this is because, (i think) at conventional workflow of ofset printing the minimum points (pin dots) can disappear during copying plates and total ink must kept under about 350% (total black=400% c100m100y100k100)
