Lasso Healing??? any ideas Hallo, I have a technical question. I was at a pro retouching house last week for a meeting and saw one of the guys removing dust and minor inperfections by drawing a lasso around the area. As I had a meeting I only noticed this not any tool settings but it was like patch healing without the dragging or spot healing with a lasso instead of a brush... Does anyone have an idea how this is done?

Re: Lasso Healing??? any ideas there was definetly no dragging, so it must be an advanced brush setting or some kind of automation.

Re: Lasso Healing??? any ideas are you sure they weren't pressing any other keys while they were doing it? They could've been deleting from a later to a layer underneath.

Re: Lasso Healing??? any ideas they might have been quickly lassoing, and pressing command > F, to run what ever smoothing filter they setup. you would never notice that.

Re: Lasso Healing??? any ideas KR...This would be perfect for a soft gaussian blur on the selected areas, they might even have set an action with a keyboard shortcut.
