The skin color looks really good, i have to say, only one thing the version after without acne looks the skin heavy blurred, maybe you have to do more Healing and a lower opacity of your blur layer?

To my eye, the retouch looks pretty good, however you seem to have lost some of the shape of the face, making her cheek and forehead a littled enlarged
