if they did the retouch don't they have the rigth to use their own work...

I believe the right way to go about it would be to ask the person permission to use the photo. I think the photo belongs to the person who took the photo.

the photo does belong to the photographer, but i'm pretty sure using the photo in someones portfolio falls under the "fair use" clause under current copywrite laws...

Case Studies section is still being developed. The site is not yet live. I plan to have a few before and after's in that section... coming soon...

not without the photographers permission/model release.

yall should be a bit more careful with the images that you post here....lot of wacky people out there.

model release and photographers permission are needed...fair use does not cover posting a picture of a model WITHOUT the model release.
