Photo Retouching - - The Scanner Darkly look in PS 3

Hello all,
I know it's been a long time. I belive lot of you all are playing with CS3 and wondered since we have video editing inside CS3, is there's a way of importing a video file and make it look like "The Sanner Darkly" movie style>save or export back as a movie file?

Hi Manju,

I don't know if CS3 works on film or not but it's the:: Filter:Artistic:cutout

Yes, in CS3 you can enable smart filters, this allows you to add a filter as an adjustment layer. An adjustment layer affects the whole video layer (stacked layer) now the effect will be used on every frame.
