Has there been an explanation on how to get perfectly falling histogram levels like so many of Dave's and other conceptual photographers are getting?

2 Umbrellas left & right, Softbox high center for fill

All the heavy lifting in PS was done by curves layers and D&B on softlight/overlay layers

4 me is something about:
-new wlayer
-paint with black
-mode to soft light
-blur for taste

and:
- new layer
- paint with white
- soft light mode
- blur to taste


mask those layers to taste

Hi people..
I've been reading this stuff untill 38th page )

so, that what i did:

i did use LucisArt 2.0 and some actions with layers and masks..

i took the shot with D80, Lens:18-11 tamron.. I had no extra flash...(just which in the body of D80)
There were two cars with xenon headlights behind me..

WOW thnx alot ! This technique gives wonderful results !

we've had this aprox. a thousand times.
"hey, its lucis" "no, its not" "bah, i hate you" "ugga wugga lalala" and so on.

if you've read the whole thread, you would've known.

just because i critic you doesn't mean i must be able to do it (dave hill stuff) better.
