As for me, I like the result, but not at all...so, keep it going ))

Try to do shot in a room for example..where there is no hard lighting..(btw, what do u use for light it up).

Think more about idea, there should be sense of every object on the shot.

The problem is that maybe those shots can be same effect of DH but DH shots are much more cleaner and the color are better [in your shots it looks like grainy or the colors are noisy and some colors cast here and there]

My answer is short, the original was so bad, and 2 min after DH went poorly, because it's a joke on my part was, I suggest more slack to the topic.
Seriously it can be more or less the effect of increase depending on the needs, but an essential condition for success is the strong effect of light and a large depth of field
