Color inversion

Hi folks,

I'm guessing there's a relatively easy fix to this problem ~ but I don't know it :-(
Near the bottom of this picture, you can see a straight line of discoloration. Is there any way that I can remove this/correct the colors? Any help is greatly appreciated.
