Any tutorials on this style of photograph?

I love the look of it, however I can't seem to find anywhere the describes how to achieve a similar look. thanks

Try duplicating the background, desaturating it then mask back in the areas you want in color with various opacities of the brush.

Try duplicating your photo, gaussian blur the duplication until you cant see the details any more, setting the blending mode to overlay, then desaturate that layer. One of my favorite simple yet effective photo effects!
