Losing weight in photoshop?

I am somewhat a new user to the liquify filter. I was wondering how do you make a person look smaller with ruining the image.
Whats the corret way to do this?

well, small adjustments on the areas that is showing over weight...around waist, around the arms, thighs and cheeks...it depens on the angle and how much you can liquify before it shows on the picture...
