HALO on the outer side of an image
Hi,
how do i get rid of the halo on the outer side of an image which I have selected and blurred out the background?

I guess the pic did'nt come out good........but hopefully u get what i'm saying....

maybe a bit of dodge to darken it? or some nice healing on new layer...
