comic style help me out

Hello guys help me out with this tiger to be more of a comic style look... This is actually a tiger photo but I edited it, gee! not satisfied with the result

Ass-u-me-ing you're using Photoshop, check www.atncentral.com. Search for an action written by Mike Warren that renders an "Illustrated" effect.

For future reference may I suggest you upload larger attachments. The one you uploaded above is about one inch square = way too small to assess.
