Hi everyone. I came across this on the net and im dying to figure this out. Maybe its just painting or curves or somthing elese. Anyone have an idea on how to acomplish this look, thanks. I'd like to give credit on this but i dont know who did it.

My guess would be dodge & burn, and plastic wrap filter.

ist a photo. its 3D. in cinema4d its very easy to make a mat/texture like that.
its a metallic shader.

It's a tiny pic. , but it looks like a paint job to me . Bill
