the oil thing, then, passed to grey scale (probably copying the blue channel) and, in a duplicated layer set a HigPass about 60px and overlay, then mask out the burnt highlights and/or the clipped shaodws.

It works nice. You should find the propper radius in the highpass filter.

The Tutorial has been ripped, cleaned and put into a PDF? Amy Dresser Tutorial.pdf

The Post by enigmaphotos refers to method #5 for wet skin. (after opening the PDF scroll down to method #5)

It really does need the rollover to see the very subtle differences but I guess you could put the pics on separate layers and click em on and off if you need to visualize it
