my 1st thought when i saw that image was: "that looks like the controls to a submarine"....i guess all those yeard of watching war movies paid off eventually...

Hey Pixel, and the great wheel on the console is programmed directly to the dodge and burn tool that we're all trying to master, me included. The meters and dials show exactly how much retouching is applied and registers the "red" area when too much has been done, then the rig just shuts down for an hour to cool off until the next session. It's too much, what a laugh! He da man! How about that cool, high tech state of the art monitor, man, where can I buy one?

i think the wheel allows you to "dial" in the correct color....i remember running a screen scanner with an oscilliscope on the main panel that you used to set your HL and shadow range...

Yes, the programable wheel is the precursor to our Wacom tablet or mouse. Secret Foot pedals enclosed under the computer are used to also control the wheels direction. If you read the links underneath, this was quite a hoax in Popular Mechanics or Science or something

I needed something like this to brighten up my morning and this was it. Fun
