I am a photographer and retoucher from Germany. In the last 6 months i read only the threads to get better and better....I hope somebody will let me know what i can do better ( specially the High End Retouchers here ).

I like the 2nd one. To me it looks better without the blue cast. You have learned a lot by reading and practicing. I would say you have a bright future in this field.

It is difficult to give much more feedback when examples are so small and without an original for comparison purposes -- or is the first upload the original?
