| Re: Newbie: CS3 book recommendations? I don't know if there is any books on that specifically but Katrin Eismann has a book called Photoshop restoration and retouching 3rd edition that has quick portrait fixes as well as more advanced techniques like dodge and burn with layers and curves. It is worth the money for sure, read it cover to cover twice  Later on I would recommend Dan Margulis "Photoshop Lab Color" it is a lot more advanced but a great read.            |
