Richard, welcome to RP. If you are looking for someone to provide you with scanning and / or retouching services, you would be better to post the request in the Classified forum of RP and include some additional description.

Hello , I can scan your negatives, an dretouch them digitally. I do not actually retouch the negatives, this is a lost art form, but I could put you in contact with an"old timer" that could do it. Thanks for the reply. I run a black and white only lab serving photographers shooting film. I need someone to retouch negatives. Mostly 35mm. I would really appreciate it if you pass along the contact information.
