Please help me if anyone can fix this picture her lips are bad I hate this look but at our last pageant she lost because her picture was not glitz I don't know how to resize it to upload it

if you want help youll need to be more specific and show what you have tried.
i dont think there would be anyone willing to do a step by step of something that isnt specific.

there are lots of thing you can do.

people cant give advice on a photo that they cant see because every picture is different
