Re: The Buiding in London

Great job, nice retouch.

I don't know what you're trying to archieve but, if you want a dramatic picture, you have it (also very beutiful, I like dramatic pictures like that). Otherwise, if you want a realistic picture, the sky isn't there yet, it's kinda too strong, can you see?

I guess if you take out a little bit of the blue, will look more realistic and not so contrasting.

=)

I like your retouch. I think the sky is fine, as even though you don't see it every day, you can occasionally see a very pure sky such as you have here. I also like the way that you remembered to reflect the sky in the windows. It adds very dramatically to the overall photo.

Cool Re: The Buiding in London

That's amazing.
How long did it take? And I also like the reflections in the windows. I like the dramaticness...

Thank you Dave, yup, I also like the reflection like “画龙点睛“ which means the point at this pic.

I like the dark blue sky. I shoot this sky at London, the interested thing is the clouds was runing at that moment.

Re: The Buiding in London

I love it! I really like the photo's with colors that POP. The reflections definitely spice up the photo.

Here are my observations, not saying any way is right or wrong but thought i'd point them out. The building is much cooler than the original version, which is just fine if thats the way you intended it, also the sky is a bit greenish, teal...almost looks like a storm is brewing

Good Job!

Very nice. I would clone out the trees on the left.

Hi dotnicui

What a nice job - attention to detail is very good - I also especially like the reflections in the glass, particularily as they are not all there in the original.

Just as idea - it may be fun for you to convert to B&W and then dodge and burn for even more drama.

I live in London - do you remember where you took the picture?

Cheers
