clear photo of lens moisture

Hi,

Can someone show me how to remove the lens moisture from this photo.

I adjusted the individual channels in a levels adjustment layer.

Just a simple Shadow/Highlight adjustment with the highlight slider.

my version -

1) Increased the resolution and ran through Neat Image noise filter
2) Set black and white points using the Threshold function and levels
3) Local contrast enhancement using Unsharp Mask
4) Sharpened with High-Pass filter in overlay blending mode
