My first retouch

After reading through the tutorials and various threads here is my first retouch. As I want to improve and become more confident in my work feedback and advice is much appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you all.

Thanks in advance.

I just noticed that the web browser image is different to the original JPEG file i have on my computer. A yellow/green colour is present when the attachment is viewed which is not present in my original JPEG??

Re: My first retouch

You've done very well, Morpheus! Good skin tones and the D&B work is wonderful, but I might extend it down her neck line and blend in that dark area that forms a vee at the dress cloth line at the bottom of her neck. (Did that make any sense?)

Re: My first retouch

Thanks for the input Swampy, just had a look at your photo bucket gallery....WOW!! The art work is wonderfull i especially like Richard-Calmes-4. Did all these pieces originate from a photograph? Any tutorials on this technique?

Re: My first retouch

Thank you for taking the time to look at my gallery, Morpheus, and thank you too for your kind comments. All the pieces were done from photographs. Many of them were done in RetouchPRO's PhotoArt threads, from photos posted by our members. Others were done on other art forums in much the same manner.

I have posted tutorials on my web site (see the link to Tutorials in my Signature below). The Richard Calmes-4 was done with my Pattern Stamp Tool Tutorial 101 and102. There may have been some tweaks, but the tutes will give you a start on the basic techniques.
