I didn't know this tool was in paintshop pro. I have version 9 so maybe a later version. I assume this is the push tool? I don't know this method, but I have had customers that would like to be thinner in the hips and face. Any tips from those who have done this.

This one is interesting as well. I never tried this method with the eyes.

It looks like the first video is using the warp brush. First available in PSPX.

I like it and use it often on cars along with the mesh warp which is a whole image warp tool.

I don't use paint shop pro but for the first video you can use the liquify filter in photoshop. For the second well the explanation is pretty straight forward, it's a layer with the blending mode set to overlay.
