retouch

trying a beauty retouch here with this pic
added eye makeup
cleaned the skin up with healing tool
added some hair
curves
levels
neat image
sharped
adjusted eye and lip color

I think the hair looks funny ??? and maybe too much eye shadow??

would like some opinions{good or bad} on this I want to impove my skills

Unfortuntely, to my eyes, the added makeup and hair looks dated and the skin tone and eyes look unnatural, but maybe the skin tone is a clash with the eyes

Speaking from a ppsition of complete retouching ignorance, my impression is that the original is dull and flat and that certainly would affect the final product.
(The after eyes have a little children-of-the-damned look)
